The australian mining company Latin Resources Limited, signed a joint venture agreement with Argentine group Integra Capital for a lithium project in Catamarca.
The Latin Resources Limited concession covers more than 70,000 hectares in Catamarca, and according to the Australian company, it will be a strategic approach to Latin America and a project with high potential to attract partners.
Integra will invest up to $1 million in this strategic alliance, which will support an aggressive exploration program for the Catamarca concessions and then it will focus on the project development.
The argentinian firm has worked in projects and ventures with private institutions and investments with financing and investment projects. It is one of the largest lithium explorers in Argentina and has more than 400,000 hectares of lithium brine projects in Jujuy and Catamarca.
